- Up to 22 gram shots - this gives you a high quality espresso, even if you choose to do a double shot. Most cafes now use more than the traditional 7 grams per shot, most using 10 to 12 grams.
- Adjustable tamping - again, important to getting a good coffee
- Conical grinders - these slice the bean instead of crushing it, giving a better taste
- Steam arm - sometimes you want to get the perfect coffee and the included automatic frother just isn't good enough. This gives you the control that you demand.
- Automatic grind adjustment - the Barista will automatically adjust your grind during the day to compensate for humidity and variations in beans as you open new packets of coffee beans.

4 Cappucinos in 90 seconds using 1 operator - the Barista can sense when you insert a cup and will grind and pour a coffee for you without pressing a button. Meanwhile you can be frothing the milk to pour on top of the espressos to get the perfect coffee. Less staff training - your staff only need to be shown the simplest of procedures to operate the machine. So if you have casual staff they can be making coffee in 5 minutes, each coffee being consistent and professional.
