Origins

Brazil [Ipanema] Full bodied, smooth and well rounded. Mild chocolate flavours with some sweetness up front. Great on its own and an excellent coffee as a base to blend with others.	+	%	-
Colombian A coffee with excellent balance and depth. Good body and well rounded with medium acidity. Bright up front then softening to a very smooth and gentle finish.	+	%	-
Ethiopian [Harrar] Rich and very fragrant offering distinct berry tones. The texture is thick and syrupy. Overall it is sweet, earthy and has excellent body.	+	%	-
Indonesian [Sumatran Mandehling] Full bodied and earthy, this is a wild coffee that is syrupy and has deep woody and wine flavours. Good spice tones and a mild caramel finish.	+	%	-
Kenyan This coffee is medium body and has higher acidity. Astounding blue berry fragrance that continues through the flavour of the coffee. Well rounded and smooth.	+	%	-
Nicaraguan This is a complex single origin with chocolate flavours mixed with orange notes. Sweet up front, smooth and gentle finish. Medium body and acidity.	+	%	-
Panama Noticeable dark chocolate flavour, smooth and sweet. The flavour profile is simple and clean and has a slight toffee finish.	+	%	-
PNG [Sihreni] Bright and sweet, medium body and higher acidity. Very clean coffee with floral aspect.	+	%	-
Tanzanian Rich and complex. Full bodied with low acidity. A mixture of flavours ranging from chocolate to fruit to nuts. Bold and distinctive it is an excellent all round coffee.	+	%	-
