We purchased the EAM3500 nearly three years ago. The boiler has started making lots of noise and water is now leaking out from under the bottom of the coffee machine. We had the coffee amount set up to fill out cups to a particular level and now we are getting half a cup. We reset the level but obviously the boiler is an issue. I checked getting it fixed and it doesn't look good.
Serviceman suggested commercial machines are better or even the newer EAMN3500. I would have thought a coffee machine with that price tag should last longer than nearly three years. I am not on the income where I can purchase a new machine every couple of years.
