After 2 weeks of using this machine, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! Not only does it make a fantastic cup of coffee, it is also easy to use, clean and maintain. It is surprisingly solid and doesn't feel 'plasticy'. The majority of the surface is fingerprint-proof, the internals are easy to access for cleaning, and the machine can clean-rinse itself.
There are only two things I have to point out: the drip tray is a highly polished steel so perhaps not good for anyone who will be constantly worried about scratching or marking the surface. Having said that, so far regular wear and tear has not detracted from the appearance of the tray and it doesn't bother me. The other thing is that the milk jug occasionally requires quite a bit of jiggling to insert... but at other times it slots straight in, so it's most likely an operator problem! :)
Overall, we are very happy with this purchase. The Primadonna makes a better cappuccino, flat white or latte that any of our local cafes with a perfect crema or froth.
