I recently purchased the Delonghi Primadonna ESAM6600. I could not be happier with the machine. I purchased the item from Harvey Norman in Joondalup Perth Western Australia and I can highly reccomend the store and the salesman Ian. The store had a great range of product including all major brands and Ian's product knowledge was second to none. Furthermore I am yet to find a better price than what I paid including the extended warranty.
Now about the machine... it does everything it advertises - unbelievable! Fully automatic and I can not fault any of the programs. I have read reviews where people state the coffee is too cold? The machine has an adjustable setting for this! To further assist place the cups on the heating element on top whilst the machine is heating up. The machine is factory set at a medium temp which I find is suitable to drink straight away. The idea is that the coffee is made at a drinkable temp straight away. Who has time to wait 5 mins before the coffee becomes drinkable? Thats the point of having an automatic machine - it takes the guess work out of it. The machine is very easy to use and cleaning is no hassle.
Quite an expensive and pure luxury purchase but now that I have one I wouldn't be without it. I am glad we spent the money we did and not go for a lesser item.
Again would reccomend this purchase to anyone looking for a hassle free auto machine with all the fruit.
