We are really happy with the DeLonghi Primadonna. The Instruction Manual and accompanying DVD make understanding for the novice very easy. This machine makes exceptional coffee, be it a Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, shot or flat black, all turn out really well. Better than the local coffee shop.
