Sometimes we get a range of fair trade or specialty beans that only last for a limited time.
All fair trade beans are sourced from individual farms, so each farm only has a limited amount of produce. Once this stock is gone we need to source from different farms and regions. Additionally the beans change from year to year depending on weather and harvests. Different regions also have different harvest times during the year. This is normal for specialty agricultural products.
We will always have fair trade, but sadly will have to adjust the availability of each blend or origin occasionally. For me the variety is part of the attraction of selling these products.
