Precise Temperature Control
The HLF traditional provides computer controlled temperature for both the dedicated water boiler and
each group head seperately. On this machine you can set 4 different temperatures, 1 for each of the
2 group heads, 1 for each of the 2 water boilers.
Each of these has a seperate element and temperature probe for the most precise and
stable temperature settings. The keypad allows you to set the temperature to within 1 degree.
Triple Boilers
This is a Triple boiler coffee machine. With a high capacity dedicated 4 litre steam boiler
this coffee machine will produce excellent steam. You also get 2 water boilers, one for each
group. With full temperature
control this means that you no longer have to guess the temperature, just dial it in to suit your coffee.
12 Dosing Buttons
12 programmable buttons allow you to set up to 6 different drink sizes per group. This can give you ristretto,
double ristretto, espresso, double espresso, long black... and so on. You're not restricted to just a few buttons.
You also have a button for continuous hot water through the group handle.
Boiling Water
Boiling water can also be taken from the steam boiler at over 100 degrees, allowing you
to make cups of tea quickly for customers. This is through a special non-splash fitting to
ensure that you don't spray water from the hot water outlet. Taking water from the steam boiler
also freshens the water and reduces scale build up.
